Asked NOT to be contacted for news and offers, so then they went on to send me TWENTY SEVEN emails in the space of 4 days. Grats Mashable - now you're blocked and will never get another cent from me.

I ordered the RokBlok, it doesn't work. Mashable is refusing to refund my money b/c their terms say all sales are final. The product doesn't work-the implied sale was on product being and working as advertised.

They took my money to make “custom” insoles for my wife who has very high arches. What we got were completely flat and off the shelf cheap insoles. We have been fighting for a refund for weeks and had to do a chargeback. Their customer service reps have the title of “Support Hero” but it is a joke. Walmart has better service than these folks. If you like wasting money or having to resort to a chargeback to try and get a refund this is the company for you. If you dont want to deal with a scammer company I would steer clear of Mashable aka StackCommerce.

If I could give this "company" 0 stars, I would. I purchased something from them online almost a month ago. It finally arrived last week and it was the wrong - and a much lesser valued - item. Like $70 less. And there was the warranty purchase on top of that. I've tried to reach them via their customer service site - because of course there's no way to call them - and have gotten no response to my three letters. I. AM. Pissed. DO NOT USE THIS SITE. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE. Mashable is not a business, it's an online thievery. Spread the word far and wide.

.Be careful ordering from Mashable’s, I ordered some of the custom insoles. I’m not happy at all with them. There is no way to return them or get a refund.

Sad to say, but the other reviews are accurate. I used to love mashable the site so I just assumed this e-commerce platform would be good. Total scam. Placed order months ago and their phony tracking site (one I've seen other fake sites use) always has some reason saying why it's delayed or has not been delivered. They've been communicative but still only reinforce the delay. Which has been for 2 months. Am going to contact my bank to dispute the charge. Its only $45 but I'm doing it on the principle of it.
