I’m blocking Mashable. I have a high IQ but I’m not handsome. Maybe the hate ugly people? But I no longer trust them. I feel they align themselves with evil companies whom only take one’s money. Are the evil themselves? Not sure. You decide. But they very much ‘ssuucckk!’

I live in Belgium, so when I went to mashable.com I was redirected to nl.mashable.com... like, Belgian people all speak flemish lol (in fact they are about 50%, the other part (Brussels included (80%)) speaks French). I see that often on the Internet. The worse is that you cant switch to another language, even by changing the URL, you're always redirected to the NL site. And no footer because of the infinite scroll. I guess Flemish people would be frustrated as well if they were always redirected to the French version. Bad experience for me. The funny thing is that's the same problem with Trustpilot. But here I'm not automatically redirected (it's only a suggestion), and I'm able to switch the language. Why websites don't redirect user according their browser language? I don't understand, honestly.

I bought a course on the 1st of January 2019, I made mistake with my email address while purchasing the course and I could not redeem the code for my course due to this. I have sent several complaints to their support but no response. I am really disappointed and unhappy due to this. I hope I can still redeem my code.

I bought a drawing package and have had very bad luck with support. I never received it but I did have the order number. The support person answers me with statements like you may want to try anither operating system and please send me a sxreen shot of your error. Totally irrelavant to the problem of not getting my product. I wonder if support may be a robot that sends answers based on key words?

This clearinghouse has some of the coolest gagets out there, but I will never buy another thing from their shop. One of the items I bought doesn't work, another doesn't work as promised and they blame it on an "app running in the foreground" although (in my mind) that's actually something I would have thought this item would be FOR, and the third didn't come with the stuff it appeared to on the site. The first issue is actually my THIRD, and I'm tired of running around with them, so I doubt I'll do anything about it. The second - I'm still trying to get some joy about returning it. The third I had to go to the manufacturer and buy the "missing" part (that one was a small print error on my part, but when EVERY picture displays the "accessory", you kind of expect it to come with the accessory!) This shop is a clearinghouse, so I will still come here to look, to get ideas, but I will NEVER buy from them again. I'll find the thing I want then go elsewhere to buy it. I've often found things I like here sold for the same or in some cases less, elsewhere...
