Terrible experience with ordering with Mary Kay for the 2nd time. I really like their mascara so I decided to give it another shot, but unfortunately I am going through a negative experience again. I paid for premium shipping to get the mascara on time as I am in a time crunch, and after reaching out to my consultant to get an update (I didn't get any shipping update and we are hitting the premium shipping timeline limit), I didn't hear back. The first time I ordered I had the same experience : my order wasn't shipped and no one would response. I contacted the customer service and they were rude and very dismissive, and I mentioned I would want the premium shipping to be reimburse since it wouldn't arrive on time and they ignored the question. I will never shop there again, absolutely terrible customer service in all levels.

Nachdem ich das Produkt 3 Tage lang benutzt hatte, traten in meinem ganzen Gesicht und an meinen Händen allergische Reaktionen auf! Juckreiz, Rötungen, nach dem Kratzen entstanden Wunden und meine Haut nahm eine dunklere Farbe an. Der Hautarzt sagte mir, dass ich dieses Produkt von Mary Kay sofort absetzen muss. Er erklärte, dass es oxidierte Inhaltsstoffe enthält, die bei vielen Menschen allergische Reaktionen auslösen können. Als ich im Internet nach dieser Marke recherchierte, stellte ich fest, dass sie bei vielen Menschen allergische Reaktionen hervorruft und hauptsächlich durch übertriebene Werbung vermarktet wird. Ich empfehle dieses Produkt auf keinen Fall und hoffe, dass es vom Markt genommen wird.

I have used Mary Kay skin care for years. It is the only foundation I ever use. I have tried others, but none are as good. Great company with wonderful products.

Da ich skeptisch war, ob ich die Produkte vertrage, hat meine Beraterin mir versichert, dass ich die Produkte zurück geben kann, falls ich sie nicht vertrage. Es war allerdings nie davon die Rede, dass dies für Angebote nicht gilt. So bin ich also reingefallen! Kein Geld zurück für äußerst hochpreisigen Mist! Laßt die Finger davon! ABZOCKE!

Love mary kay products and love my consultant. I have been using Mary Kay for almost 30 years. The skin care has changed over the years, but I believe it has changed for the better. My Consultant is always updating me on what would work best for my skin. Love having that one on one relationship.

I really love Mary Kay perfumes) They are definitely worth the money. The scent is very long-lasting on clothes - every time I open my wardrobe, I’m greeted by such a lovely fragrance☺️

Ich kannte noch nicht einmal den Namen, bis ich eine Einladung zu einem Abend bekam. Ich wusste nicht, was auf mich zukommt und ich habe mich im Vorfeld nicht informiert. Also völlig unvoreingenommen bin ich zu diesem Abend gegangen. Als erstes musste ich meine Haut einschätzen und was ich verbessern möchte. Dann ein persönliches Gespräch und anhand meines Allergiepasses wurde gecheckt, ob irgendein Wirkstoff davon in den Produkten enthalten ist. Keiner davon ist irgendwo drin. Prima, also kann ich mit machen und testen. Ich habe Rosacea und schon nach der Reinigung des Gesichtes war die Rötung sehr reduziert. Bei meiner Freundin, die die gleichen Probleme hat, das gleiche Ergebnis. Wir waren begeistert. So ging es den ganzen Abend. Wir haben Alkohol getrunken, der die Rötung verstärkt, und was soll ich sagen, unsere Wangen blieben rosa und nicht wie gewöhnlich rot und glühend. Ich habe mir jetzt die Reinigung, Gesichtswasser und Feuchtigkeitscreme gekauft und werde schauen, wie meine Haut mit der Zeit reagiert. Jetzt bin ich erst einmal begeistert und die Beratung war sehr gut und auf jeden Gast individuell abgestimmt.
