MarvinReviews of marvin.com

I just paid $112k for Marvin Ultimate windows and doors. The majority of the windows have skid marks on the prefinished interior and several have interior paint blotches on the exterior which is a custom color. One window came without the extension jambs. There's a gouge in the exterior aluminum frame of one window like a saw hit it. The window store we bought from tells us they are considering dropping Marvin Windows due to ongoing quality control issues. Idk who to recommend but if your building a home and considering Marvin, I'd reconsider.

We went Marvin for all our doors and windows including a huge slider. For the most part, everything was good except the slider which is a focal point of our house separating our living room and deck. The slider never worked right, with issues latching and locking. The official Marvin dealer that did the install refused to fix it, so I went directly to Marvin for help. They provided tech support where I could fix it myself, but would void the warranty. So, I fixed it myself (sort of) since it was my only choice since my dealer wouldn't. I wish Marvin would have my back on this, and have someone help me for the insane amount of money we spent on that door and all our other doors and windows, but they didn't. So I have a big giant focal point door in the middle of my house that sort of works. It will eventually be replaced, but not with a Marvin.
