Marvel JacketReviews of marveljacket.com

this place is a scam. VERY poor quality especially for the price and will not return despite the website stating "easy" 30 day return policy.

I would give 0. I am reporting this fraud website. I can’t get a refund, I am very willing to send back the fake Starter jacket. I have sent dozens of emails with no resolution. It is a terrible company. Do not give them any business.

Received a counterfeit item was not even close to the description online. What a rip off.

The quality of the Jacket wasn't that good and the shipping toke a long time. Could work quality control.

The coat I received looked nothing like the photos. Instead of a soft fleece, the fabric was thin and stiff as a board. It looks like it was designed by amateurs. I would be embarrassed to wear this. Marvel does not have a US return shipping address. You have to send it back to a man in London, which would cost nearly as much as the jacket. Ultimately they agreed to “let” me keep the item and refund me a small fraction of what I paid. They never did. Also, several months after the item arrived, I received a customs invoice from FedEx for $29, which I have disputed because Marvel has advertised “free shipping”.

Horrible service my jacket does not fit. I went back and forth with emails explaining the situation and they played games with me. The website says full refund and so far I got nothing so now I am stuck with a $100 jacket that does not fit me. They are a scam Do not buy from them !!!!!

Item is poorly made and is not from a US company. Item shipped from Pakistan. I requested a return/refund over a week and they have ignored me. Avoid this company unless you like poorly made drop shipped stuff.

I will never do business with this company again. Awful customer service. I was told to donate my jacket to charity. I received a bill from fed ex for a shipment from Pakistan. Marvel jackets total failure. You don’t deserve one star.
