I purchased a jacket from Marvel Jacket on November 14, 2025. The jacket looked nice on the website and seemed like a great deal, so I decided to give them a try. Unfortunately, this turned out to be a very disappointing experience. After placing my order, I never received any updates. By mid‑December, I became concerned and emailed the company several times asking about the status of my order. I received no response. Because of the lack of communication, I eventually requested a full refund. On January 6, after weeks of silence, Marvel Jacket finally contacted me to say that my order was being processed and had already shipped. They provided a tracking number, and I watched the package ship from Pakistan. I received the jacket on January 12. When I opened the package, I was extremely disappointed. The jacket did not look like what I ordered. The lettering was poorly done and not stitched on properly, and the coloring was off compared to what was advertised. The overall quality was subpar and nowhere near worth the wait. I emailed them immediately on January 13 explaining my dissatisfaction and requesting a refund. I sent two more follow‑up emails asking for a full refund, and as of January 21, I still have not received any response. Anyone considering ordering from this company should think twice. They are unresponsive, take an unreasonable amount of time to ship, and deliver low‑quality products that do not match what’s advertised. I would not recommend purchasing anything from Marvel Jacket.

I placed my order January 1st and the website CLEARLY says processing 3-4 business days to process and it is now January 19th I have emailed twice and got no response and there's nowhere to even cancel your order to get your money refunded nor a number to call to speak to anybody. My order was $125 and no reply and still says shipping. I am BEYOND frustrated. Wish I never ordered thro5rhis company!!!

I’m sure that Marvel Jacket is not a legit company. They took my money and disappeared. After three weeks from my order I have no idea if I will ever get my item. Be careful. They have no phone number, they don’t answer your emails, they’ll very likely keep your money and vanish. I’ll dispute the charges with my bank and inform the California Consumer’s Agency.

I ordered a jacket and couldn't receive any notifications on shipping. When the jacket finally arrived it was too small and I need an exchange. This company will not answer any of my emails or get in contact with me for an exchange DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Poor quality Wrong size Getting a hold of them is a Joke!!! Buyer BEWARE!!! Dont do it!!! I've been trying to get an exchange for weeks and they won't do it. They just keep sending me the invoice with no exchange option or refund option.

Ordered a sweatshirt on December 11th. Paid extra for express shipping. Still haven’t received it on December 23rd. Only respond to one email out of 5 emails. Do not buy from this company. It is a scam!

If I could give ZERO stars would be an understatement. This has been an absolute nightmare with MarvelJacket.com. I placed my order as a Christmas gift for my autistic son on November 27th I did so based off of reviews of slow shipping and processing ,however, I DID NOT expect this to be the case by placing the order well in advance for Christmas. Their guidelines say 3-4 BUSINESS days for processing. 8-15 BUSINESS days for shipping...sent a message through their website to Marvel Jacket in regards to the order STILL PROCESSING as of the 16th of December. It did not get a response. I sent 2 emails to 2 different email accounts that they also provide on their website...the SUPPORT email is the one I got a response from. I was assured via said email that they were very apologetic, that it has processed, that it has been shipped and that I would begin recieving shipping updates....NO! HA!!! JOKES ON ME! As of today, December 20th 2025 my ORDER IS STILL PROCESSING!!! Since they are based out of CA it will not and would not be here on the east coast in time for Christmas ,even it were to be processed and shipped. I had previously sent messages to them expressing my concerns, and ONLY recieved the single corresponding email stating the above mentioned response.."we are so sorry, it's been processed, it's been shipped", etc. You do not lie to your customers nor make promises that you do not follow through on. That is NOT how to conduct proper business. I demanded a FULL refund and have honored my commitment to leave such a horrendous review. My part has been fulfilled as I shall await my refund. Bottom line: I will never even attempt to ever use this company or any of it's affiliates again in any future. Stick to company's that honor their own guidelines and that are reputable...this one...steer clear of unless you enjoy nightmares. Sincerely, one pissed off and disgusted consumer.

I placed my order for a jacket with this company on 12/09/2025. It has said 'in processing' ever since. I have reached out via email twice now, the support tab on their site, and Instagram dm. Nothing. I ordered this with plenty of time to get here for Christmas, as a gift. Doesn't look like it's coming at all. EDIT: I have now emailed their support team 5 times, with ZERO response. My order is still 'in processing', for 2 weeks now. I emailed them to cancel and refund my order, or I will be disputing it with my credit card company, as this is clearly a fraudulent company. Such a disappointment as this was supposed to be a Christmas gift for someone. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!!
