Out of THOUSANDS and THOUSANDS of transactions. Also they have made customer service more of a priority for this reason as well. I was nervous about trusting them too because of this. But I’m so glad I took a chance. They returned my email AND CALLED ME. Travis was so polite and nice and helpful! He did everything he promised and I am 100% happy! Give them a try! Order came a few days later than expected, but had good communication with the team and met my deadline for a costume I needed. Quality was great and so was the fit (2XL fit as expected).

А сьогодні мені прийшло замовлення, воно шикарне, чудово пошите і виглядає як на картинці. Це був шкіряний мотоциклетний жакет, я хотіла на подарунок на річницю чоловікові, і не вірила, що доставлять, була стандартна доставка в Європу. Але до річниці ще тиждень, а подарунок вже в мене. Прийшло все дуже швидко. Рекомендую всім цей магазин

I was a little leery after I had placed my order. I immediately received an acknowledgement email which stated 8 - 12 days to ship. Then, no progress email. I sent an inquiry email requesting update on shipping, no reply. I looked at the reviews and got nervous and I considered canceling my order via credit card. I said to myself "let's be patient and wait 12 days if necessary". On the 11th day I got an email stating my package had shipped. I think it was another 5 days until I received it. When it arrived it was packaged neatly and well protected. I opened it and I was amazed at the quality. I ordered an Ozzy Osbourne long coat. It's not costume level quality. It's much better. The details are great. The material is cotton with a lining. Just as described. The size is exactly as described. I ordered a large and im about a 44R jacket and it fits perfectly. Not too snug but not loose. I realized that I'm a bit spoiled when it comes to my expectations with regards to communication. This comes from Pakistan. I would purchase again.

Purchased a sweater and it's living in my closet rent-free now. Plus, the pricing was great given the quality of the product.
