If I could give 0 or - stars I would. I ordered a jacket as an anniversary gift for my husband. Complete false advertising. They described the jacket as a satin starter brand thick enough to keep you "warm and cozy" (their words) with awesome looking logo patches. What i received was nothing that was described. The jacket is not satin, the lining is very thin and shabbily sewn in (the lining is more of a satin material than the actual jacket), the logos look nothing like the picture one letter on the back of the jacket is larger than the rest. I requested a return on their website, crickets, I called and they asked that I email them with my concern and pictures. I get a response Monday night saying they needed to review my claim even though there website said I could return for any reason even if I changed my mind. They emailed again saying that what I received is the product I ordered and constructed to their standards, if that's their standards they need shut down. I called my card company and have filed a dispute to get my money back. I got an email saying I can return but I have to pay shipping (WHY should I have to pay to return crap) but whatever I told them to send me the address, crickets again. At this point I'll let my card company do their thing and show them all the pictures, emails, call log etc. Pay more and go to a more reputable site this place is a scam!! *** update I have now received notification from FedEx that I have to pay a customs fee for this item as it shipped from Pakistan even though customer service advised me they were in Texas. I have requested a return label or address 4 times now (I'm willing to eat the shipping costs at this point). No response on where to send it back to. One email said "i know you have requested a return address and feel as though your request is being ignored" and that was it, started talking about something else again ignoring my request. If you have ordered from them file a dispute with your card, keep all emails, call logs, pictures from their site and pictures of what you received. They will not give you an address to return to and force you past their "30 day return policy"

I purchased a Raiders jacket 3X. My husband couldn’t even put his arm in it and he’s not even a 3X he’s a 2x I bought it bigger thinking give him some room. Extremely small poorly made. Tried to return it the day after I received it. Their support only gave me an international expensive return option or partial refund, which is ridiculous. Their website is an absolute lie. Don’t take a chance.

I purchased a jacket on August 22, 2026. I paid extra for it to be shipped within 5 to 8 days because it was a gift. Today is September 14 and I’m just receiving it. There was no discount or refund as far as the shipping cost. Not only that once I received it I ordered a US 2X I’m not sure what they consider to be a US 2X with this company, but that is nowhere near a 2X!!!! if you wear a size 2X then you would need to order at least a 4X! Do not pay extra for shipping. It is a waste of money.! in order at least two sizes bigger!

Ordered a sweatshirt from their website and got a whole different sweater than the website described and had a picture of. The sweatshirt I got is very bad and cheap quality and a whole different material than the sweatshirt I ordered. I got a sweatshirt who is sent from sami ahmed siddique in Pakistan. Marvel jacket is a total scam.

I dont understand why this company is still working, after obvious confitmation that they are FRAUD! I ordered for my husband the snoop dog costume (got photos, but unfortunatly no option here to show them). Its the worst ever. And i had to pay for the customs and after return, they tried everything to not refund my money. Had to discuss with paypal and fortunatly after time and coz of the buyer protection, i got my money back from paypal.

Would do zero starts if possible. I ordered two jackets and paid for expedited shipping to have it guaranteed by a certain date. It wasn't even shipped until three weeks AFTER the date it was supposed to be received. There is ZERO response from the company except one automated email. This has been a problem for over three months.

Jacket is TRASH. took forever to receive, no customer service response until I mentioned "fraud" and once received products was TRASH, color not as expected/requested and overall product not worth price, material is just awful. Filled out return form and have yet to get response back--considering it's a 30 day return policy---if they approve. Considering I would have to pay return shipping to CHINA, it's not gonna be worth the return, I will just garbage the product and chalk it up to lesson learned!
