Of the last three bags of dog food we have received from you, two have had beetles in them. This is premium, expensive food that we buy for our pet and cannot afford to be throwing it away due to beetles being present. I have photos from our most recent delivery showing beetles around the the shipping box and the new bag of food. This is unacceptable and I expect you to make it right.

So this was lies and I was happy to wait if they gave me an option as can’t be that long to come in if it is still advertised.

Like many have warned, this company doesn't have the product that you're paying for on the site. They play a waiting game saying the order is "processing". Mine processed for a week. When I told them I needed a tracking number or I was going to cancel, they cancelled my order. Complete waste of time. Now I have to start over getting my chair. Don't buy from this company.

This is a scam site that uses stolen account information to steal products and sell them from a remote location. The local authorities as well as interstate theft authorities have been contacted. They have more than one site up and running, buyer beware! These criminals are getting good but they have been identified and merchants have been notified. Do not trade with these people they do not have your best interest at heart. Their heart is full of evil intent! Why not be honest ? I think they believe that they cannot be honest. In business. That means one thing they could be involved with a terrorist cell trying to raise money for weapons or drugs. Beware! Receiving stolen merchandise is a crime also. Just tried to call the number provided and there is a recorded message that the number is not available. So how can we have a civil discussion? I used a different phone and the call goes thru? You wanted picture of the damage I sent them. Now you want a video of the damage? I have done what was required to send this damaged sink back. What is your reason for not contacting me with the required info to return it to you. I do not want a damaged piece. Option, send another one and have the driver pick up the damaged one.

UPDATE- 3/20/26: Your company is based out of FL but the item shipped from AZ, when I spoke w UPS they specified that the item was not damaged before or after your return to sender was requested. And the item was re-routed back to MS instead of AZ. Also, you get a UK phone number when looking further into payment information on your company. Between my experience and the other reviews citing way too many anomalies and issues, something is clearly fraudulent. I've switched my billing info and got a new card sent out to prevent any possible issues in the future. This is the price to pay for trying to save a few bucks and going against my better judgment. *BUYER BEWARE* UPDATE- 3/16/26: THEY ARE SCAMMERS! 2 days from expected delivery, and they had UPS return the item to them! They of course still have my payment in full. I should've known better but was foolish. ...... 3/11/26 So far, it's almost been a week since I ordered and no tracking number. Pretty sure I'm not getting one at this point. What would the holdup be? I'll update when I receive my item, or a refund.

They don’t have the product advertised! Leading you to buy, wait forever for them NOT to ship, then when you ask for updates they say they couldn’t ship the product, when you ask for the refund takes another 7 business days. This is insanely ridiculous, DON’T BUY FROM THEM!

Ordered a miter box saw. I heard nothing for a week. Don't bother calling as you just get a recording to leave a message. I emailed them and this is what I received back. "Our supplier encountered a shipping issue and is unable to deliver to your area at this time. Because they couldn’t provide a reliable delivery solution, would you like to cancel the order? We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding. Best regards," Basically, the same response that others have received and I'm sure the response from the company for this review will be the same canned response that others received. Caveat emptor

They quote low price but it is misleading. They are a very slow and unreliable online store. I waited two weeks. They shipped it to a wrong address. This is after they emailed me to verify the mailing address. At the end they refused to reship it and just cancelled the order.
