I had issues with the website as I couldn't see the option to pay and I had to ring my boss this morning to beg for a couple of hours off to sit with my phone and laptop to ring the company to sort the issue. The five stars isn't for that. Technical issues happen, but Paula Vale was extremely helpful in ringing me back, and even ringing me without prior prompting as she knew I was struggling, and we resolved the issue. Thank you, Paula.
