As of June 12 th with 20 days to go on policy and with a claim pending i have taken unprecedented step of advising marsh of termination of brokerage after June 28th. We've paid over 200 k in premiums been put through the grinder every time put in a claim tiral claims accepted less than 10 % of total pre.iums over years i refuse to to treated like a criminal for lodging a claim I also advised we will ve making formal complaint to insurance council re my opinion of marsh using an incredi ly expensive loss adjuster like McClennans to harass and do ss gestapo type inquisitions no thanks insurance us a necessary tool yes they have to make money and im sure theres terrible clients but we are not one marsh and looking at your 1.2 score out if 5 from 100 reviews ?. Our motel has had over 800 on booking.com alone we are am older motel so 7.6 out of 10 and 9.1 out of 10 for service make your review score look pathetic I hope to see you subjected to same level of inquisition by insurance council .

Marsh staff are incompetent, not achieving deadline and does not give an honest conclusion of cases they handle.

Customer service non existence for past few years I have had to chase them for our renewal and this year they sent us a renewal policy less than a week before it is due, without doing any work to see if it still meets your needs. They are extremely terrible and do not care about the business. Made a small claim and they could not even follow the notes for 6 months Absolutely disgraceful

Comment décrire Marsh assurance ski ? 1 étoile, parce qu'on peut pas mettre 0 ! Après avoir demandé le remboursement d'1 simple journée de forfait car + 70% des pistes étaient fermées pour cause d'intempéries, il aura fallu + 3 mois pour m'indemniser en appliquant une décôte car j'avais fait ce jour là 1 ou 2 pistes vertes !!! Rajouter à çà, aucune communication de leur part , à mes relances par mail, car impossible à joindre autrement , cette une assurance qui a le sens de la bonne foi ! A fuir absolument, souscrivez par ailleurs !

Service catastrophique aucune responsabilité, on vous fais attendre des mois et répond pas au Email . J ai eu un sinistre le 11/2025 nous somme pratiquement le 06/2026 cela fais 7 mois et je n est tous pas été indemnisé. Assurance a fuir aucun sérieux. !!!

cette assurance était imposé dans le sport de mon fils qui a eu un accident en pratiquant son sport, il ne rembourse pratiquement rien, le service est nul, il vous demande des documents et puis d'autre.... il ne réponde pas aux questions posées a éviter comme la peste

Purtroppo devo confermare quanto scritto dagli altri utenti... è un pessimo broker assicurativo... La loro fortuna è di avere molte convenzioni. Non sono minimamente flessibili e rispondo solo alle mail.
