He knew what he was doing and is very good at what he does! I felt comfortable and he made it easy for us to understand and the next day I didn’t feel a craving! Make sure you follow what he says to do after the seminar and you will be successful! I’m very thankful 🙏

My one bit of feedback, the instructor spoke very quickly. Sometime hard to keep up with as far as taking some notes when it’s time to do so.
