"I’ve been using Marketsz for my online shopping and cargo forwarding from Miami to Curaçao for a while now, and they never disappoint. My packages reach their Miami warehouse safely, the weekly consolidation is prompt, and I always get notified right when it lands on the island. Great communication via WhatsApp/phone and smooth handling. Highly recommended!"

DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES. Take this as a warning I got sent a completely wrong item. I then proceeded to contact them. They give me 3 to 4 lines on how they were going to help me. Then proceeded to leave me on seen since the 15 of June. I’ve tried numerous times to contact them. But they just ignore them. Then I wrote on one of their of posts about my experience on instagram and then they proceeded to block me on insta. Worse service ever. Stay away.

Dear Jearre, good afternoon. Your items are already in your island/country. We have found and sent them to you with Fedex. The tracking number was sent to you via email and whatsapp as well. If you need any support, you can always reach us via both.

I had changed my opinion related to this company, initially was thinking really bad but then costumer service is excellent and they explained everything to me with details. Some delay in process but not their fault. Recommended for sure. Now waiting my items to be delivered. Thanks Marketsz
