The order was fulfilled as ordered. The communication was less than adequate due to not being able to know when order is or was shipped. I did not have a problem with the delivery time but would have been nice to have been informed of estimated time period. Had trouble when calling as well as emailing. It got to a point where I was not sure if "The Lighting Marketplace" was a real business or it was a scam. Communication is very important.

I had purchased fans that were too large, I asked to return them and was told if I purchased two other fans they would send me return labels and refund my original fans once they were received. It has been over three weeks and I have not received my refund and the company will not reply to any of my requests for information. I will now have to dispute this on my credit card…

Hi Pam, We are extremely sorry for this delay. As mentioned on CHAT today, we are still waiting on refund from Vendor. Generally, there is a restocking fee for change of mind returns, but we had to go through this process to save your restocking fee. We will work with Vendor and will get the returns expedited.
