100% satisfied with the quality and price of the ceiling fans I bought. Would be 5 stars if delivered on schedule. When I contacted the company that my delivery had not arrived by the due date, I did receive the shipment very promptly. Will use this company again.

I ordered a Schonbeck chandelier in October /23 . It was supposed to be delivered in a week but I haven't heard from the merchant . I called to inquire a month later, was told the item was back ordered but just came in. The representative assured me it will be shipped out the next week. Another month and I still didn't hear from them. I wrote to the customer help website but has yet to hear from anyone. I am in the process of requesting a refund.

The restocking fee of 25% is incredibly high. Not impressed!

Completely forgot about my order until I had to ask about the status as I did not see any shipment after 2+ weeks. After I asked about the status, then the order magically shipped the next day. Not very Customer focused or caring. Will probably never order from them again!

Outstanding quality and customer service to match. Both TOP SHELF! Would do business with them again and again. Have referred them to several neighbors already.

S&H was expensive and the shipping was very slow(over 3 weeks).
