MarketicsReviews of marketics.io

Jason is very thorough and knowledgeable. Fortunately I was introduced to him before I acquired our place in a new development in Tulum. It was obvious that our place was getting the majority of the reservations in our complex. His systems adapt to the rental climate and positions your listing in a very favorable place as our results show. I looked at his other properties he lists and all were rated highly. Do not hesitate to sign up with this SuperHost! Thanks Jason.

I had a great experience working with Marketics. Jason Baxter is truly a hardworking and dedicated professional who really understands the short-term rental business. Thanks to his expertise, my listing started appearing much higher, and I saw a noticeable improvement in my bookings. He didn’t just focus on optimization as he also provided valuable guidance that helped me grow and manage my business more effectively. If you’re serious about improving your Airbnb performance, I highly recommend Marketics. Jason is knowledgeable, reliable, and genuinely committed to helping his clients succeed. - Virinder Kaur
