I purchased a 12-month WealthOS membership for $20,000. My understanding from the recorded sales calls was that cancellation would result in a prorated refund. I canceled after roughly 4½ months. After several weeks and multiple follow-ups, Market Disruptors canceled my membership and refunded $10,000. I appreciate receiving the refund, but it was less than I expected based on my understanding of the prorated cancellation terms. The program itself may be valuable for some people, but my experience with the cancellation process was frustrating and took considerably more effort than I expected. For a $20,000 program, I think the cancellation and refund terms should be extremely clear from the beginning.

Alex, thank you for the feedback, and I’m sorry about the delay. When you first reached out, we offered additional coaching time and other options to help you continue, but you should not have had to follow up repeatedly for a clear resolution, and that part is on us. I do want to clarify one point for anyone reading. The written WealthOS Terms and Conditions accepted at enrollment do not provide for a prorated refund. They provide a 7-day unconditional refund period, followed by a conditional partial refund of up to 50% through day 30. After day 30, refunds are not available under the standard policy. Your request came more than four months after that window closed. Despite that, we made a discretionary exception and refunded $10,000.
