Install was easy
Install was easy, working very well. Quotes are bit delayed, but it is clearly mentioned.

Thank you for the feedback! We're glad to hear the install went smoothly and the tool is working well for you. You're absolutely right—while the base tier includes delayed quotes, we do offer real-time data upgrades on higher-tier plans for those who need it. If you're interested in switching to a plan with live quotes, feel free to reach out—our team is happy to help!

Some wrong data
In general, I like this service a lot but there is a number of issues. There are duplicate days in 2019, 2021, 2022, and 2023 that aren't trading days, so it makes it difficult to line up with Google Finance (which is what the extension is modeled after). There is also data that is wrong for 2008, 2009, and 2010 and has to be manually corrected. Overall they have been responsive to correct errors in the past, but these errors persist. If the data was more reliable, it would be 5 stars from me

Good price point for retail investors but no new features for years
Good price point for retail investors. But it seems like no updates or new features that have been planned for several years
Response from Market DataJul 7, 2025
Thank you for your candid review. We're glad you see the value in our pricing for retail investors and appreciate your support. You're right—while we've maintained a stable and reliable core, some long-planned features have taken longer than expected. We’re actively working behind the scenes and your feedback reinforces the importance of pushing these updates forward. Thanks again for your patience and for being part of our community.

Very unclear how to use
Very unclear how to use. Instructions are horrible. But once it is set up, it works very well. The only downside is the inability to have continuous, streaming, real time data, but understand that is due to some Google issue. I appreciate the suggestion of using the embedded Googlefinance function to make it automatically pull the data every 2 minutes. It would be great to have some mechanism to force that function to recalculate at whatever rate desired. Two minutes is too long. Other than that, the functionality is very good. Just have to hunt around to find how it works. So, if there is a way to force the data refresh to 15 seconds instead of 2 minutes, that would be great.

Thank you for your honest and detailed feedback. We're glad to hear that once everything is set up, the functionality meets your expectations. We acknowledge that the setup instructions could be clearer, and we're actively working on improving our onboarding and documentation to make things easier. You're absolutely right about the Google Sheets refresh limitations—unfortunately, those are controlled by Google, but we're always exploring workarounds and will continue to share tips like the GOOGLEFINANCE trigger. We appreciate your suggestions and support, and we’re committed to making the experience smoother for you and all our users.

Customer service and features
Well, your customers support before I got the license was great. Since I got the license I sent few email, no answer. The package is good , however there are few annoying issues like the auto refresh of Google sheets data
