Thank you for the feedback. We're glad to hear you like what the tool offers. The need to keep the sidebar open is a limitation of how Google Sheets add-ons are allowed to refresh data, but we understand how inconvenient that can be and are always looking for ways to improve the experience within those constraints. We appreciate you sharing this and hope the tool continues to be useful for your workflow.

Thank you for the review! We're glad to hear the tool is working well for you. Your point about refreshing only selected cells makes a lot of sense, especially on larger sheets where a full refresh can be inefficient. Feedback like this is very helpful as we continue improving the Sheets experience, and we appreciate you taking the time to share it.

Thank you for the feedback! We're glad to hear the Google Finance method for downloading minute data has been efficient for your workflow. We also appreciate you pointing out the gaps you've encountered during backtesting—those kinds of observations are very helpful. If you’re able to share specific symbols and date ranges through a support ticket, our team would be happy to investigate and correct any underlying data issues.

Thank you for the thoughtful review and the kind words about the product. We're glad you're enjoying it. The idea you mentioned about licensing the functionality through Google Workspace or Google One is an interesting perspective, and we appreciate you taking the time to share it. Feedback like this helps us think about different ways the product could evolve as we continue expanding features—such as the planned historical Greeks support you referenced. Thanks again for the encouragement and for using Market Data!

Thank you for the clarification—and we’re very sorry for the confusion. Your current subscription includes 15-minute delayed options data, not real-time data. That’s why you’re not seeing live prices in your formulas. If you need real-time options quotes, we do offer that on a higher-tier plan. The #NAME? error you're encountering typically indicates that the Google Sheets extension isn't fully installed or authorized. Since the formula works occasionally, it's likely a setup issue rather than a service failure. Our support team has your helpdesk ticket open and will walk you through correcting it. Once properly configured, you’ll get consistent delayed options data as included in your plan. Would you like help upgrading to real-time access, or should we focus on fixing the Sheets integration first?
