Never got the results. I was promised a month turn around but it's almost 2 months later and nothing except excuses.

We are still awaiting our results after multiple set backs over one simple quiz we had to submit twice. 3 weeks since our evaluation will be in 2 days. Customer service was very professional and nice, but overall unorganized. Assessments sent in prior to evaluation were not received by Dr. Estrada. We need our results, it’s been over a month if your count since our first evaluation. Time really has dragged on, and we will be taking the next measures necessary if we do not receive our results as promised in two days. Thank you!

We used this service to update my son's diagnosis for extended time. When they completed their analysis, their final diagnosis was based on my son's self assessment that he had no problems. When we told them that our assessment is different than his and that he was previously diagnosed and recommended for extended time, they seemed very confused. They referred our case to their director and said that someone would reach out to us to discuss. It's been 2 weeks and I've sent several follow up emails, but no one has responded. Based on my experience, this doesn't seem like a real company. It appears that they are just a marketing company that outsources all the work to psychologists that want to make extra money working in the evening. The tests were questionable and using a student's self-assessment for their diagnosis seems flakey and unprofessional.

Definitely a scam. Don’t waste you time. I had a phone appointment scheduled with them and was told I would receive a call at the scheduled time and even a remind text message an hour before the appointment time. After about 15 past the time I was supposed to receive the call, I decided to call them myself. I was placed on hold for a bit before it Hung up on its own. I called again and the same thing happened. I texted the number back of the agent “Kelsey” multiple times and got no response. I called the corporate numbers on their site and also got the same hold before hanging up. I then received a text 3 hours AFTER all of that took place saying they weren’t able to get an answer and they’ve tried calling several times. I responded immediately after and still got no response. I received a call from that number and heard what sounded like a family chatting and kids running around and what not. Totally unprofessional and definitely giving scam!!!!

A scam. They don’t tell you before hand the full scope of testing cannot be done because of this not being done in person. Wait to do this with a real doctor in person like neuro developmental that includes a whole range of doctors. Also be ready to not have all the testing that was done explained to you and then be told you can not look at the tests yourself because you may misinterpret it….misinterpret or not, it’s my child and I want to know all I can about what was tested. Typical god-complex for a ‘doctor.’
