MarkaedgeReviews of markaedge.com

Hello.I odered a hoodie and paid by credit card.I received confirmation that i Paid! That was it.Nothing more after that!!!I've allready sent 3 emails,no reply! To me it is a Fake site!If you don't want to loose your Money don:t order anything there!!!Luckily,I only oedered only one item as a precaution. But 49 Euros still hurts, even more so that I fell for this Website!!!I wouldn't give it one Star. You have do that to submit a review. So Guys, save your Money!!!

Qualité d’impression médiocre , rien à à voir avec les photos . Les habits sont en synthétique et pas en coton . Service client ne répond plus

Countless emails asking to return the product they wouldn't let me offered me a refund they wouldn't give me one now paypal is siding with them yet all the emails I have shit customer services as it takes them multiple days to reply, I can't stress how this has affected me mentally when any decent shop will allow a return as its within 28 days avoid them seriously there disgusting and a disgrace to the clothing community and any customer services that help

Ordered the savage print joggings/sweatpants. Did not recieve any order confirmation. Contacted the customer service but they do not respond. I feel like it is a scam?

Joke of a company. Sizing all over the place and won’t allow items to be sent back unless you send to a random person in Hong Kong at your own cost. Doubt you’d get the money back then either

Placed an order one month ago and I still have not received the items. Markaedge has not provided a tracking number or a refund for the missing items.

The quality of the product was horrible. I asked for a refund and they keep offering 10 then 20 and 30 percent discount after I requested a full refund. Do not purchase from this company! Terrible customer service!!

Ordered "embroided" clothing and some other pieces. Not one was embroided, they smelled bad and the prints are low quality. The fabric also isnt really that nice. Order also wasnt trackable. Since its produced and shipped from China. If you are trying to return items for their quality, fit or anything else they try to bribe you with partial refunds in 10/20/30/40/50% steps if you arent accepting them, they expect you to ship it on your own expense back to Hong Kong. If you ask them for a local return address they ghost you. Luckily i paid via PayPal so lets see how that will go. Update on the Paypal case: Even there they try to lowball you with low offers to resolve the issue (which is interesting since they offer higher compensation in emails), after that they insist that you return it to them (China, on your own expenses to a shopping mall, not even a warehouse or anything...) So even with PayPal its a pain to return the wares. Stay away from shops like these. If you contact them on their other social media there is a big chance that they'll block you, happened to me on there Instagram. So yeah, definitely shady...
