DO NOT BUY! Poor quality! Denied my refund! I order 6 items at £130.45, and quickly realised I order one wrong item, so I contacted them immediately asking to swop the item, I received no response, so I seen that it was their policy that if I cancelled the order within 24 hours I get a full refund, so to save any hassle I just cancelled the order. I still got no response for a week and their reply was that I couldn’t have a refund as the order had already been sent out. After months of back and forth via emails with me asking for my full refund under their policy, and them just keep trying to offer me money off the one item, and me still asking for my refund and a return label, they wanted me to foot the cost of returning the Order, telling me it would be expensive due to the warehouse being in Hong Kong, I still never received my refund or a returns label. I was entitled to a full refund and was not prepared to foot the return cost! They then just stopped replying to my emails. The product themselves were very poor! The material was a cheap shiny material and cheap draw sting in the hoodies! I could tell that they wouldn’t last very long at all! One t-shirt was miss shaped and looked like a belly top. The shorts was a very thin cheap material. And the joggers were that big a clown wouldn’t of worn them! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY PEOPLE!!!!
