Only sent half the items then refused to send the rest because I had opened the package 🤦🏼‍♂️. How would you know something was missing if you hadn't opened the package. Then two weeks worth of send a picture of this send a picture of that to be told it's insufficient evidence. How can you send a picture of something that didn't arrive???? What did arrive was terrible quality, not worth the anti stay away from them

Better spend your money some where else...Custemor service e mail dont help me and i dont know if i get the product i orderd.

Avoid - item is fake & poor fitting - after one response email I’ve been completely ignored. Rubbish company

Bad customer service. If you apply any discount and drop below the free shipping price they won't give it to you. High price and not very friendly.

Der letze Laden.. Kundenservice gleich null.. 3 Monate rumm diskutiert und nix.. Dann irgendwann weil ich kein bock mehr hatte 50 Prozent Geld zurück akzeptiert..und dann kommt 14 Euro von 50 Aufpassen und finger weg!

ordered 2 motorbike ducati hoodies for me and my dad , ordered our normal sizes a large for me and XL for my dad , garments took weeks to arrive and when they arrived the sizes were very small fitting. i have requested a change up in 1 size per hoodie. first i was told there would be a price lift to change sizes ( never heard of that before ever ). and now there asking for photos of me and my dad wearing the garments that are too small . honestly , i have never had such issues with a clothing company. i have now asked for a full refund as this service is a bit of a joke and not how clothing companies usually work.

Took nearly a month to deliver, arrived today, quality is cheap nylon polyester that I could have bought for £10 in primark, looks like iron on stickers that will peel off after a wash.customer service non existent, intended to give as gift but too embarrassed to gift it it’s that cheap and nasty looking.
