I was looking for some every day, quality gold jewelry with character and I'm so happy with my necklace and earrings. This was my second purchase from Marika and I so appreciate the care and curation!

Marika was kind and communicative and very quickly shipped my piece out to me! It clearly had been cleaned before being carefully packaged too. Lovely jewelry that was just as pictured in the listing!

A ring that spoke to me immediately. I'm in love with it!!! Marika has a wealth of knowledge in gems + jewelry and I appreciate that her product description perfectly encapsulated how beautiful the ring is in person. It is a quality piece I will be able to wear regularly for many years. My ring arrived in a lovely velvet box, was shipped promptly, and fit as the size listed. A wonderful experience all around! Thank you!

Their customer service is atrocious. I respond to their help desk email and text and the ot acts like it got no response.

As a one-woman business, I work hard to ensure my clients have a five star experience shopping with me. Most of the other reviews for my business on TrustPilot illustrate this pretty clearly - specifics of the client interaction and purchases are detailed and I am personally mentioned by name in the reviews. I have to admit that this vague review perplexes me. I am the party who fields each and every inquiry and request for my company. My web shop has no help desk or text feature, and I have no record of ever receiving any contact or having any interaction with this reviewer whatsoever.
