Two things about Marika that allow her to excel with Marika Gems - her expertise and her passion. Marika is a certified gemologist and takes the time to explain the origin of each gem. She appraised my MIL's collection and helped me understand the value of each. She is so passionate and I am a nerd. She explained the science behind her valuations and answered all of my questions. Marika has also helped me find some pieces that I really love. I highly recommend her for appraising jewelry and for the pieces that she sells.

I’m honestly a little confused by this review.
Nick Aranda has never interacted with my business, made a purchase, asked a question or in any other way been what I would consider a customer.
I’ve read their feedback a few times now, and I’m still not sure what the “experience” being reviewed actually was.
I did report the review to Trustpilot because I genuinely couldn’t identify the reviewer or the experience they were describing, but apparently this one is staying. So here we are!

Nick, you're also welcome to reach out to me again if you'd like to clarify your point, which, from what I can see presently, is that I should provide photographs of jewelry on my website? Photos are like 90% of the content of my website and always has been.
In terms of "having visual representation to appreciate the value of one's work," I would give myself more than two stars.
Building a small collection, thanks to Marika Gems
TBH, I wait until Marika has one of her spectacular sales to purchase vintage jewelry, but by doing so, I've been able to build a small collection of quality pieces. All of this is in service of not buying any new jewelry. Each time, the piece is sent super quickly and is well-packaged.
