Hey Gloria, We would like to apologize for your negative experience shopping with us. We'd like to learn more about the issue you're having and make things right. I was trying to pull up your order in our system but I can't seem to find an order placed on January 30th, under the name "Gloria". Can you please send us an e-mail at [email protected], so we can assist you further regarding the issue on your order? We only ship orders from our Asia warehouse if the items are unavailable in our US warehouses and we also send an email prior shipment to let the customers know that their order may take longer than usual. It appears there are further delays on shipments due to the pandemic happening that led to quarantines and lockdowns and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We'd also like to let you know that there's a time-frame we follow when we consider a package lost. If your order still hasn't arrived within that time-frame, we'll either ship a replacement or process your refund, whichever you prefer, so we guarantee you that if you don't receive your order within that time-frame, you will get your money back. Hey Martie, I'd love to help you out. I'm not seeing any emails or orders from anyone named Martie. I'll, unfortunately, have to ask you again for an order number or email address to help you out. If you give me the name the order was placed under or any other information about the order that I can search I should be able to find it. Hey Elizabeth, Thanks for sharing your opinions with us. We did start in Southern California. I owned a boutique in Costa Mesa that morphed into just an online store. I grew up in Ojai and San Diego, CA. Our shipping mostly comes out of San Diego and Las Vegas. From time to time if an item is out of stock in those two warehouses then we'll ship it directly from our factory if the item just finished production. Rather than waiting for them to ship it to a warehouse and then again to you. In the future, we're happy to cancel any orders you have that are like that if you don't want to wait for shipping. Hey Adriana, I'm sorry you had a less than perfect experience. We generally ship items out of the warehouse in San Diego. If an item is out of stock there, then we would ship it from the next closest warehouse. It looks like the coat you ordered was not in stock in the US at the time you ordered. I looked up your order and see you haven't returned it. We take returns to the warehouse in San Diego. If you're not happy with your order feel free to send it back. I hope we can turn your opinion of us around :) Zoe
