Love your clothes I just have one question how do I go about sending something back.

I have ordered many times from Marie Nicole Clothing and every experience has been good! Sometimes the dresses have been a little big but that is ok because my little girl can wear them longer. I love that they always have discount codes you can use- I use Ldietsch713 on every order to save 10% and it really adds up!

I can’t get anyone to respond to my emails regarding lifetime spending. I order often and cannot get a response. I love their promptness and their clothing but their communication is poor.

I ordered 4 outfits all labeled the same size. 2 look okay the other 2 are huge. To top it off they are labeled hand wash and line dry. For preschool clothes?????

No flexibility regarding their horrible return/exchange policies, sizing is all over the place, despite two orders to try and get the proper size, still don't have it and now I have 6 pairs of shorts that don't actually fit. Customer Service is definitely lacking!

***I want to further update that MNC deleted my entire account with their page preventing me from accessing my transactions and all of the points I had accumulated!*** The customer service has always been blunt and kind of rude any time I’ve ever had to reach out. I placed an order during the sale, using PayPal as checkout, and a couple minutes later the money was credited back to my account? By this time the code was invalid so I couldn’t try to reprocess it. I reached out to MNC- and they said if I placed the order I could get the coupon code- I sent them the proof of my purchase (bank screenshots) and they responded to me saying “the order didnt go through and all your money is back in your accounts- hopefully you get it next time” But I did get the code 🤣 and it DID take from my bank account. As good as the sales are, I’ll stick with Sparkle in Pink. *also sizing is wrong. If you order- size DOWN. For instance, a size Large- fits a 5t, a size Medium- fits a 4t, a size Small- fits a 3t etc etc*

Sizing is way off ! I ordered 6-9 m clothing and my baby won’t be able to wear them until she is about 2 years old . That is how insanely incorrect their sizing is. Which sucks because some of the clothes that I ordered was for the holidays. The clothing quality is poor. The material is very thin and kind of Lycra like feeling. I kept the clothes for when she turns 2 because you have to paid to send the items back. Definitely not buying from them again.
