The package shows it’s being returned due to incorrect address

I still have not received the bomber jacket.

I bought clothes from this company for about two years or so, then I learned that polyester is toxic to our skin and sold everything from them. Shame on you for making a profit off of baby clothes made of polyester which is toxic to our skin, for those of you who don’t know, and I just learned this, polyester is made of micro plastics.

To get an exchange, I have contacted customer service 4 times with no response. You can only return with permission from company through email that is not monitored. Terrible. Sizing is big and no customer service.

I ordered an item for Christmas pictures. The item was marked delivered but never arrived. Contacted them, they said they would ship another. I asked for the next size as it would arrive too late for this years pictures. After many emails, they send a confirmation that the item was reshipped, but in the same size (which she wont be able to wear next year). But that doesn’t even matter because again, they are saying it was delivered and definitely was NOT. I saw their ad originally on facebook. Wondering if this is JUST ANOTHER FACEBOOK SCAM.

I had beautiful baby outfits chosen for my granddaughter! However, after reading all tbe reviews, l decided not to order anything after all. This company site needs to improve on many things such as sizes,returns, improving customer service and several othe conplaints on the reviews!

I was in the process of ordering an outfit then changed my mind. They went ahead and charged my card the payment of the outfit and now customer service is refusing to help. Guarantee I won't be ordering from this company again and this is not the first time this has happened.

Very poor customer service. I have tried numerous times to contact this company to return an item. I can understand why the reviews are so poor. Although the quality of their products is good, ordering here isn’t worth the hassle. They’ve definitely lost my business. Not only was the sizing off but the item arrived with a large stain. So dissatisfied with my overall experience.
