Your business is horrible. The product may have been labeled size small like I requested but the dress that arrived could have fit an elephant. It was in no way a size small. Also, The print of the dress was completely different from what was shown in the picture. I think your store is a complete scam and I will post this all over social media so that no one else is duped the way I was. I am appalled at how your company does business. Such a scam. I am going to report the purchase as fraud and get all of my money back! Good luck staying in business. They refuse to exchange or refund for this dress. IF I could post a picture I could show you just how horrible of a mistake they made with my dress and yet they will not refund me or exchange the dress for the correct one. This company is a scam. Stay far away from this company- I had to give one star but if I had an option I would have given 0 stars. I am extremely upset with Marcomazzarello- it is not a real company.

This company is a true scam. No phone number. Product ships from Asia, they won't let you return. They finally give you a return address only (no label) and the address is in apartments in Canada. Total and complete scam. Don't fall for it.

Ordered a beautiful top for $70.00, rec'd nothing like it an incredibly cheap shirt, no invoice just crap .Was concerned after reading reviews unfortunately they proved to be true.this place needs to be shut down

I ordered 2 pair of shoes from Marco. They arrived within the shipping period but they arrived shipped from China. Not the New York packaging with care as advertised. Over priced, cheaply made, cheap quality materials. NOTHING I would ever buy from any store at any time. The shoes are grossly overpriced for the plastic not vegan leather, but plastic that was used to make these shoes. The designs may be European but it stops there. The photographer they used for the website is genius because they made cheap, trashy materials APPEAR like luxury items. They are not!!!!!! The refund process appears to be a complete hassle so I've paid over $100 for 2 pair of cheaply made shoes that look and feel CHEAP of which I could've gotten better shoes at any Dollar store for maybe $20. Do yourself a favor avoid this website. You may be able to get better quality items in your kids happy meal!

Its a scam. The product is shipping from Asia. The skirt I ordered arrived in super cheap material, no tags or labels and with a stain. Now that I'm trying to return it, they are giving me the run around. I sent them a screen shot of the return policy from their website and they arent honoring it. It's all fake, I'll contest it through my credit card company.

I ordered a beige linen shirt that in person was basically yellow. Compared to the advertised photo it was not even close to the same color. Website says returns are "simple and straight forward". Its not. I had to email the request, they asked me to send pictures of the shirt and they replied that they will let me know if its accepted and what option they can offer me...? Most bizarre and least straight forward process ive experienced.

I order 2 track suits worst experience I ever had had, they after countless hours of writing and wasting my time they never sent me any training info for my order every day was another excuse save yourself the trouble don’t order anything I asked for a refund they still haven’t responded, next I have to dispute the order with my credit card card company , be smart don’t buy anything trust me I wish somebody would tell me this saved me the aggravation buyer’s beware!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
