The parts did not work as advertised. I will have to find an adapter fitting

The service was good. Disappointed that my part wasn’t covered under the lifetime warranty. I was told you merged with another company, and no more warranty.

I bought a pulley and when I received it I realized it was the wrong one. I have emailed three times asking if they have the one I need and return this one. It has been two weeks or better with no reply. I hate to give a bad review but I just wasn't helped.

The wrong item was sent. We are still waiting for the return label to send it back and get the correct part. We did talk to someone earlier today and I'm just waiting for the email with the fed x label

Doug was very helpful and had no problem taking back returns And I ordered something else and he was very helpful with that. Also excellent sales person and skills I will always do business with him

the shipping process took quite some time but very happy with part
