Poor powder coat
Never was able to get the black powder coat put on correctly ,terrible option if you can't even apply it I had to stop after several of your attempts,never did recieve any credits from you also

Nothing fit properly I had to make…
Nothing fit properly I had to make things work customer service for the problems was ridiculous the system they sold me was not designed for high-rise valve covers for roller rockers and nobody said anything about it until after we already installed the parts on the motor and could not be returned

I bought 2 air conditioning compressors…
I bought 2 air conditioning compressors and they both squeal like pigs y'all had me buy new belts from you its so embarrassing I don't drive it a beautiful corvette

Horrible experience with all honesty I would never purchase from this company again. I find it so hard to believe that a so-called reputable company would be so petty about an item, the item I purchased that I attempted to try on my vehicle but did not work at all when trying to return it they mentioned I used it and would not refund me my money I then took to the internet and noticed that other people had the same problem and for that I will most definitely do business elsewhere thank you for the opportunity for showing your true colors and indeed what your company stand for

Refund decisions are typically based on the condition of an item when it's sent back, and we recognize that "installation attempt" versus "use" can be a genuinely difficult line to draw fairly. Nothing but problems, definitely not a simple install
Nothing but problems. Definitely not a simple as just bolt on. First the pulleys did not fit on the shafts. I assume this was because the holes weren't masked and clear coating made them under size. Then the harmonic damper pulley stuck out an 1/8 more then it should. I got all that fixed and then the tensioner says use the bottom set of holes but move it up if you need it tighter but the pulley on the tensioner hits the bracket and so it only fits in the bottom holes. They do look pretty though.
