Was told item was on shelf ready to ship during phone order! After 3 days, I checked order status online and it showed “awaiting shipping”! Called on a Monday and they said ONE pulley out of the kit needed to be manufactured and it would take ONE hour to make and kit will ship Tuesday or Wednesday…. It’s now Friday and STILL “awaiting shipping”!!! Was hoping my first experience was going to be a good one as I have many customers request the serpentine conversion as well as other modifications and was looking forward to offering more products but the wait time is just out of control!!!

Website was easy to navigate and find the part I needed. The part arrived ahead of schedule. The part was packaged very well and was immaculate. A shame the pully will be installed on my engine and get dirty. Looks like a piece of art. The price was acceptable considering the impressive quality of the part.

Thank you, William. We're glad to hear you had a smooth experience navigating the website and that the part arrived in excellent condition. It’s always great when a piece not only performs but looks good too! Let us know if you need anything else.
