Jonathan Del Pino of NJ was wonderful in helping me procure samples beyond what was offered directly from the website. He was also instrumental in reducing the shipping costs, which were prohibitive initially, despite delivery being in-state. If the company could reduce them further, that would be very helpful, especially when considering that other companies often offer free shipping, even for out-of-state deliveries. The website was not always accurate either, but Jonathan went out of his way to help me and made what would have otherwise been a foregone attempt to procure samples a successful one instead.

Truly, with all the assistance of variety based general administrations, this site was anything but difficult to utilize, yet its designs were very little better. They have beneficial courtesies, so with 9/10, I'm fulfilled.

Ordered a sample and received quickly Didn’t get a response to my follow up question

Quick service. They care about their customers and have a good product.

I have purchased many samples from MSI and they have done a good job of shipping them to me and following up with tracking. In most cases the product was close to the photos on the website, but the variation in natural stone makes it necessary to see current dye lots. In many cases they are very different than what you might expect. That's why their easy to use sample system is so valuable. I have been pleased with all of the product I have purchased, including some very nice closeout items.
