You are great
I bought a plan online and received the full set of documents almost immediately after. You are efficient and your plans are real value for money…..will come back soon for another one.

My expectation was that this is an end…
My expectation was that this is an end to end service and i don't have to go seeking additional documents to set my project off after my purchase. Why not offer the whole package so i know exactly what it is going to cost me rather telling me i have to pay additional sums of money? Am not thrilled. It is not cheap and yet i end up with documents that are not final.

Hello Selestine, Please refer to my last email that there would be additional costs if you require additional drawings apart from there ones listed on the website.
