Hi Eric :) With the premium account you get access to view the floor plans and the construction cost estimates for ALL our house plans. This makes it much easier to understand the layout of the designs and compare the plans to each other so you can choose the right one for you :) If you need any assistance please do not hesitate to reach out to us either on [email protected] or on Whatsapp +13074619111. We will be very happy to help you navigate our website and answer any questions you may have :)

I had difficulty downloading the plans…
I had difficulty downloading the plans for printing. It may be best to send a copy of the plans by mail. The customer experience should be smooth. Difficult to view plans on 8 x11 paper.

The communication between the company…
The communication between the company and me was vert good and efficient. Security in terms of protecting the clients card / payment system is very good. I would buy the house from Maramani any day any time and would also recommend others to buy.
