It was suppose to arrive before Halloween, I paid $10 extra for it as well. Nope, it arrived way over Halloween. I don't really recommend trying this store if you need things early, especially paying more for it to arrive early and just doesn't at all. It was bought on Oct 28, wasted $10 for it to arrive 2 days later, so you expect it to come on the 30th. It arrives today on Nov 6.

Overall I'm pleased with the hat I purchased and the compliments from others continue to come in. But in all honesty I could be more satisfied with the quality of the product for the amount I paid for it. The description claims that it's shower proof, but after being exposed to a few minutes of light rain, upon drying it showed the unmistakable signs of not having been protected prior to coming into my possession, as it then developed scaling in various places and bubbling in some places. And immediately upon un-packaging the hat and inspecting it, it was apparent that adequate care had not been taken during the production process, as it is out of proportion and not symmetrical both from the pattern cutting and sewing process. Unfortunately from this experience I would not consider any further purchases from your company unless the quality standards were shown to me to have greatly improved.
