I ordered a leather vest from Mara leather in April 2025, I did receive the best May 7th 2025 however I was sent the wrong size. I immediately reached out to customer service with the email provided on my order.I DID THIS TWICE with no response. I then called the phone number on the website and someone did answer but said they were out of the country and would be back in 2 weeks. 2 weeks later I call again someone answered and he told me he was still out of the country for another week and would send the correct size as soon as he got back in the States. I then started to text on WhatsApp to the number provided on the website and after many many times reaching out I did get a response that of this would be sent the next day however I still have not received anything, I had no choice but to request a refund and AGAIN NO COMMUNICATION. I was very patient and waiting for him to get back in the States and giving more than enough time for the new best to arrive however I don't believe one was ever sent I was never provided with a tracking number, which I asked for multiple times with no response. I wouldn't waste your time or money with this flaky "businessman".

No communication since the time I ordered my hat. It was going on 2 weeks! I cancelled the order.

Bought two hats and realty like them both. Information on the site was clear and easy to understand. The inclusion of the hat dimensions was crucial in my decision. That took the guesswork out of my purchase. Looking forward to receiving the boots I purchased the day I got my hats

They refuses to resend me the address to send the coat back I would never buy anything else from them bad bad for business

I would not recommend anybody to do business with Mara leather , I ordered a western hat on June 2 2025 order # 2099 got a conformation on June 2 2025 . Then I did not hear any thing back about shipping , On June 16 2025 I request to cancel order # for a full refund , , On June 16 2025 I received a email saying the item was shipped . I never received the item , so on June 18 2025 I again reached back out to request to cancel and a full refund , never heard back at all , So I contacted my credit card Co. to dispute the charges . I am not interested in doing business with people who take money and lie about sending the merchandise, It is now in the hands of my credit card dispute team . Would not recommend any body to do business with Mara Leather

Jacket fit good in body and arms.

The armor product is so awesome I can use it with different jackets and be protected! Next up is the pants!

Recently bought chaps that I thought should fit. They didn't. It was no hassle to exchange to a proper size.
