If there was a -0 I would use it to rate Google maps. Incorrect information on names of international bodies of water! Google maps is being negligible in putting out incorrect information. Not a trustworthy reliable resource. I highly recommend finding another trusted resource. Dump Google maps!

I’m disappointed that Google has decided to follow a change of Lake Ontario name after a change by the president. The name has a much more important meaning than a moment that it took sign an order… I will be looking for alternatives to Google Maps.

Google Maps gives the wrong name for one of the biggest lakes in North America. Time to stand up to childish antics by our Fascist in Chief.

Surprise surprise when I googled Lake Ontario it takes me to Lake America, which is not a real thing. Not. A. Real. Thing. But a figment of a deranged man's imagination. Why is Google complying? Bad, bad Google.

Absolutely embarrassing. They said they follow the federal government but the name Lake Ontario, besides being over 400 years old, was also an act of Congress. Stop being a puppet and making excuses. Google Maps gone. Hello MapQuest. Google Chrome gone. Hello Firefox. Google search engine gone Hello Bing. Working on moving my Gmail to another service.

Complete and utter pandering - Apple and Mapquest are the way to go - no more google maps for me

It is a disgrace that a world leading… It is a disgrace that a world leading company bows to the whim of a childish president. You can't just change a geographical name just because one individual says so no matter who they are. I will do my utmost to avoid anything Google until you stop this madness.

Renaming locations without authority! I just deleted Google maps and chrome
