Service is so bad and pathetic

Bonjour anciennement parisien, je vis depuis 3 ans dans une ville (Nîmes) les gardois se conduisent comme en préhistoire Depuis 20 ans cette ville a le même maire, il vient d'être réélu, les gens ne ramassent pas leur crotte de chien il y en a tous les 10 mètres en plein centre-ville je suis handicapé, je me déplace en fauteuil roulant et les déjections se retrouve sur mes mains, j'ai dénoncé ce problème avec courtoisie sur l'application google map en y joignant des photos Et google map n'a rien trouvé de mieux que de censurer mes commentaires Je ne sais plus quoi faire je suis désemparé face à cette injustice Victime et ballonné je suis tombé sur des sites ou on explique comment acheter des avis ou comment supprimer des avis google et je réalise que finalement il n'y a aucune neutralité

Yesterday and last week, I used google maps, and it was the worst choose I’ve ever mad, the journey had to take me half an hour, it took me 2 hours!!!!! And kept took me in circles through the m4 and motorways. I went to my destination at the end by waze it was more accurate. 2 times now it has done this to me, and I will never ever use this stupid app again.

Hi, I would like Google Maps to allow people's comments on the reviews job sites to respond. There's no option to reply people's comments and if someone mentions my name I can't answer to the individual's comment. You need to therefore update Google Maps Reviews on cities I have visited or worked to be able to reply and have my opinion. Thanks!

Dicing with death every single time I try to use this. I expect there are many casualties already. A simple "25 minute walk" regularly turns into a 2 hour + walk into the back of beyond, with barely a hope in hell of getting back. It would be funny if it wasn't so dangerous.

Dangerous Google maps navigation , for Romania and Hungary, problem finding, no maps accurate and in Hungary, the voice guidance navigation app not work nobody speaks, to M0 Hungary ring show exit follow, and after I take the right line and the map shows help streight to M0, was impossible to change the line because I have a van to the left side, very very dangerous!

You can't trust these communists with your information. Imagine what they are doing behind the scenes with your personal information if this is what they do in clear sight. Take this company down.

We all use Google Maps in our cars as our GPS service, as it's so good ... that is, until it stops working! In December 2020, Google Maps on my Samsung smartphone started crashing every time I opened it. With no other GPS device, this has caused me huge problems when driving. Now I just endlessly get "Maps has Stopped ... open app again?" (and on to infinity!) I have tried all the fixes suggested by kind souls who don't even get paid, like clearing cache, carrying out a soft-reset of my phone, updating maps software, etc. but to no avail. The only thing that works for an instant is uninstalling updates and resetting to "factory version" of Google Maps, but I can't find a way to stop my phone simply reinstalling all the updates a few minutes later and I'm back where I started. And because it's an android phone, they also make it impossible completely to uninstall the app. I'm writing this bad review, because despite being a monopolistic company that makes squillions from its users, Google offers no way to getting support from them with this. If you look at their "support community", there are hundreds of people who have posted with the exact same problem, but almost no posts from the paid people at Google, and nothing which actually resolves the issue. (By the way, why do bricks-and-mortar companies, who make relatively little money, have to provide proper customer support, while these massive monopolies just have "communities"?) Google make the android operating system on my phone, as well as Google Maps, right? And it is obviously something THEY have done (probably an update) that has made my phone/maps start malfunctioning when it was working perfectly before. It would be such a simple software patch needed to resolves this problem, but they don't seem to care. Is it because my expensive smartphone is no longer the latest model and they're trying to make it obsolete by stealth? (PS: I tried to write directly to Google first, but after wasting half my day, I could not find any way. They say "open maps", then select "menu" top left corner, then "send feedback"... But guess what, no such option exists in Maps menu!). Yours sincerely, very frustrated, very disappointed consumer, still without a solution.
