I have repeatedly contacted Google maps, well I say contacted but you can't actually contact them, all you can do is suggest an edit on their maps. They have my house address down on the wrong street entirely, just mg door number not the rest of the neighbours I have repeatedly said they need to edit this but not once have they bothered. This is causing severe issues with deliveries. Google maps is rubbish their customer service...Well there is no customer service. Beyond a joke!

After 20 hour journey from Malaysia to Heathrow, I embarked on my car journey home from Heathrow to Newark at 21.30. Felt fine and noticed that M1 was shut, but clever Google maps took me off before the closure and onto A421 to join A1 north. All good so far. But A1 North shut in several places and Google Maps seemed to know nothing about these closures despite these roadworks being active for a while at night. Instead, Google maps made my journey much worse by taking me off the diverted traffic signs onto small country lanes trying to get me back onto A1 which had me going around in circles for 50 mins. In the end, I just switched it off and drove to Grantham and then Newark. I normally find Google maps quite good, but 0/10 for awareness of A1 roadworks last night. I noticed other cars in a similar plight.

I have chosen route to go to. But Google Maps kept changing it automatically, sending me to undercategory roads, where it took twice longer to destination. Petrol is too cheap? Or they wanted me to test these roads for them? Really??!

Spariscono le recensioni negative? Capita sempre più spesso che la propria recensione non sia più visibile al pubblico. Basta che un esercente segnali come inappropriata e invece di ricevere una notifica per poter eventualmente controbattere, un algoritmo potrebbe eliminarla dal pubblico. Ovviamente google maps potrebbe dire "viola la nostra policy", ma ho letto vari commenti in giro che dicono che anche recensioni scritte in policy possano sparire. La cosa peggiore, accedendo con il vostro account voi continuerete a vedere la recensione credendo che la stessa sia visibile a tutti. Non è una buona cosa per google maps, mina la possibilità di affidarsi alle recensioni per scegliere un prodotto. Le recensioni devono essere verificate e libere, anche se emesse in forma anonima per evitare ritorsoni dell'esercente

All my reviews were deleted and there is absolutely no support from google maps. Please help. How do I get in touch with you? The email was in french? And there is no explanation at all. I don't understand, They just don't have any support - NOTHING

Most roads are in white against an almost-white background. Not helpful. Features are not shown on the map unless zoomed in so much that you could physically see them with your own eyes anyway. Useless. Even on a desktop, placenames and roads disappear and reappear as you zoom in - it seems that there are many fundamental bugs that will never be fixed, because it's been like that for donkey's years. Every update makes the UX worse, not better. Pretty much unusable now unless you're a business that wants to help customers find them, or said customer.

My property is blurred out and I never requested it , filled in online to report issue, getting the same old generic reply to my complaint, absolutely useless, don't care about any issues , typical GOOGLE
