MERCI MAPS

NON RIESCO A VENIRE A CAPO DI NULLA MI HANNO BLOCCATO LA VISIBILITÀ SU GOOGLE MAPS PER ASSERITE VIOLAZIONI VORREI CAPIRE COSA 😟

I've used google maps for so long, and I like it. But for like a month now the app stopped working. It just doesn't load the map, even when I have updated to the latest version, have location on and internet access. Can't contact customer support. I have started using another navigation app because of this.

January 2022 Impossible to get erroneous data in Google Maps fixed. The online tools to add and fix data do not work for my issue, feedback is not reviewed or answered. The residents of my street are referenced incorrectly on Google Maps and this is causing major issues for users of the Google Routing app and for residents when registering products and services via Google. All online requests to fix this erroneous mapping data are ignored. You can not speak to a real person at Google Maps or I have not yet found a support department or chat facility. I have spoken to other departments at Google but they can not help with Google Map issues and they can not provide a direct contact other than the online tools? I AM SIMPLY TRYING TO GET ERRONEOUS DATA FIXED ON GOOGLE MAPS - THIS SITUATION IS A TOTAL JOKE - I can only quote the final scene from "The Bridge on the River Kwai" - "Madness! Madness ... madness!" October 2024 Map issues have now (mostly) been fixed, it only took nearly 3 years? Such a poor company / department to deal with. I have now increased my star rating slightly.
