Google Maps allows fake reviews to be published without any evidence of a genuine customer experience. In addition to this, Google maps frequently blocks genuine reviews from customers for ‘voilating’ their standards. Basically, Google maps is horse 💩. Don’t trust any reviews on Google Maps, whether 5* or 1*

Publishing only false positive "reviews", and not the real negative experiences should be legally forbidden, since so obvious. Not to mention totally wrong maps :0 Humiliating bad maps.

Google once again introduces censorship and refuses to publish opinions that do not violate the privacy policy. Moreover, they excluded the possibility of appealing against the original decision. Act worse and worse and discourage long-time and active local guides. I am counting on the emergence of competition because I see no reason why a company that cannot control the situation should function well. In a word, Google is turning from something interesting to hopeless. It's getting worse: Google started censoring the attached photos based on completely incomprehensible criteria. Anyone, even just as a joke, can report eating something, citing low quality as the reason. There is one conclusion - the ratings have to be perfect, even if they do not correspond to reality, and this already loses its reliability due to lack of reliability. May competition become more widespread.
