Using Google maps I had to make n 18 mile journey with Google maps it took me 1hr 20 minutes it ALWAYS takes the longest route costing u time n fuel.if u need to go somewhere for ur own sake DO NOT use Google maps it doesn't even give u n option to change ur route to the shortest.im so surprised for such a large company

Google Maps una sola parola.... Schifezza!!! MAMMA GOOGLE PER FAVORE RISOLVI I PROBLEMI, grazie.

Terrible company! Didn’t switch off my boiler correctly so when it came to switching everything back on it wouldn’t switch on. He just walked away and said they’d pay for any repairs etc… had to move me and my children out whilst the boiler was being fixed which took over a week ! However when I finally got it sorted the bloke denied damaging the boiler and left me with over £800 in bills to pay!!

Awful for traffic, even when obvious alternative routes are available. If it says 10min delay more like 30min. Total rubbish.
