i write a name in the search and it changes it to a different language and shows results in a different country

Absolutely appalling experience with H. Samuel Manchester Arndale. My refund was refused, and they have kept both my money and the item. I have tried to resolve the issue, but instead of receiving a fair outcome, I was left without my purchase or a refund. The customer service has been extremely disappointing, and I feel completely let down. I expected much better from a well-known retailer. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to think carefully before shopping here, especially if there’s any chance you’ll need to return an item or resolve a problem.

I couldn’t post my reviews to a restaurant

I used to love Google Maps. I dont know what had happened to it, but I no longer trust it. It took me a very long way round to a recent destination for absolutely no reason, so I was late. Days later, it took me round and round in circles and didn't find the intended destination. My husband, an experienced lorry driver who knows most routes, no longer trusts it either.

The driving instructions don't update, it kept saying for 4 miles, I went 7 and turned around Had me taking roads that just turns you around and take the long way to anywhere. When you're in a city that you're not familiar with, it's useless. I think I saw Big Ben 3 times and I was in Michigan!

In general, I've had many cases where my reviews never appeared. Google silently decides not to publish some reviews without giving any explanation. Even 1-star reviews with no text sometimes don't get published. This is very dishonest and misleading. PS. You'll need another browser or just logout to see how many of your reviews actually appear...

Terrible decision.
