I paid extra for the two day delivery - didn‘t get it in two days…… BUT I love your products.

I am writing this review because I appreciate the Customer Service that I received with my order. I was missing an item in my order, and sent a message regarding this issue. Although I never received a written response back, I was surprised to see that you just decided to respond by mail by sending me my missing item. I do appreciate that because when I didn't receive the written response, I had just resolved to accept the loss. Thank you for showing good customer service by your actions. That means alot.

The product is great. I ran out of the conditioner first. It is thick and I like that but the container is not ideal. It is very difficult to squeeze out. I sit the bottle upside down and that helps. The top to the new bottle broke when I tried to open it so I replaced it with the top from my old container.

Best smelling shampoo, conditioner, and leave-in conditioner ever! Lingers all day. I am still working on the perfect amount of the leave-in conditioner for my hair. I don't use a lot, but sometimes it's too "stiff" or still a lot of frizz and wacky hair. Can't use too much, otherwise it's like using hair spray for me.
