Ordered a backpack for Christmas received with no problem, BUT ordered another on 12/26 but still haven’t received. I started a “ticket” and responded twice with no response yet??? Please help. They reached out after this post and said it was lost in the mail. Today finally received my refund. Will not order again, not dependable.
