I’ve been with MB since the verrrrry beginning—and it’s absolutely changed my life. I was in the first round of MBA back 2018, and I’ve been grandfathered in to all of the upgrades since. The growth and progress that has happened in my life is absolutely astounding thanks to the guidance of MBA. It’s all about what you put into it—that’s what you’ll get out of it, and so much more. Kathrin genuinely cares for her students and it’s felt through every module. I will be a life long MBA student!

I took the first round of MBA in January 2021. I'm just now taking it a second time (October 2023) but have gone back into it many times since then for the various tools Kathrin gives, particularly the breathwork sessions. Having lifetime access to MBA is the absolute best part in my opinion. I loved learning the science and having so many audios at my finger tips. The release phase is *really* difficult and I had a really tough time putting a critical lens up at my life and realizing that a lot of the way I structured my time was actually not for my higher good. I spent a full year struggling to come to grips with needing to let go of my career and close relationships. I realized those things were keeping me really small and my heart wanted so much more. I'm SO glad I pushed through and kept going because it does get easier!! I'm really happy to say that I'm on such a better path now and it's directly related to MBA. It is a big investment so I encourage anyone reading to take advantage of the free stuff that Kathrin offers before investing, but it is SO worth it if you get overwhelmed by how much self-help stuff is out there. Especially if you find her to be a good teacher. This condenses it in an easy to digest way. It also means that future self-help stuff I read from other people feels a lot more educational after I have this foundation laid out for me. I love all the updates that keep happening, especially the new bonuses from guest lecturers. Because Kathrin has tried so many different things, I am so grateful that I can choose the tools that work for me (such as breathwork) and leave the ones that don't (tapping). It means I can spend my money on other facilitators knowing that I've already had a taste of it from Kathrin. A lot of this work IS on the subconscious level and hard to really notice a difference. The biggest shift for me was after a phone call with my mother noticing that I felt completely calm instead of needing a few hours to calm down. I'm still a bit lost after taking it, but it's an exciting 'the world is my oyster' feeling instead of this misty, foggy field that I couldn't navigate. I've had a few years of therapy under my belt before taking MBA, but MBA just took what I learned in therapy to the next level. I have a completely renewed sense of self confidence, resilience, and trust in myself and the universe.

In summary, it ruined my life and 2 years later I am still picking up the pieces and slowly recovering what she DESTROYED. I first found Kathrin Zenkina on her Manifestation Babe podcast. She seemed very knowledgeable about manifestation and so when she marketed her annual New Year’s Resolution based course, Epically Aligned, I signed up. Then she marketed her higher ticket course, Manifestation Babe Academy. The marketing was amazing, convincing, and she had won my trust with her podcast and less expensive course, EA. So, I fell for the marketing funnel and invested in her MBA course. At the time when I began her course which was about 4 months long, I was doing very well emotionally, vibrationally, and energetically. As someone else wrote in the reviews here below me, she barely teaches anything related to manifestation and instead teaches a lot of trauma work which SHE IS NOT QUALIFIED TO TEACH! She probably used the thousands of dollars she made off of US to hire a really qualified teacher, did some healing herself, took an online course and got a certificate within 10 hours then made a whole course on it. She is not a qualified therapist, she is an amateur Instagram influencer taking on something bigger than she can handle. Needless to say, it really messed me up emotionally and not just me but my course partner. I started posting about it in her Facebook group and people either responded saying they experienced the same (which mysteriously kept getting deleted) or people were die-hard fan girls and behaving as if it were some cult and Kathrin could do no wrong. Beware – Manifestation Babe community is very cult-like. You cannot think independently and question the process, otherwise it’s just your ‘subconscious mind trying to sabotage you’ rather than Kathrin’s shortcomings. Eventually I stopped taking the course halfway through and began the slow process of healing myself. I started reaching out to others in Law of Attraction communities other than hers, and the stories began coming out. I found clues hidden in the comments sections of other groups, Reddit forums, and places where her team can’t manage her personal brand. According to other people, her course also messed them up. Their comments and bad reviews were deleted. Kathrin has been known to incentivize people to send her ‘amazing reviews’ by offering free products, so all her testimonials are not genuine. Her team deletes a lot of the negative reviews or go around pretending to be fangirls to defend her. I literally found one myself one time, it was sneaky and very well-hidden. Be very careful because her MARKETING IS GOOD but her products underdeliver. To explain more of her MBA course, I would say there is generally good organization of the format, good branding, good communication to walk you through. But once you look a bit deeper you realize that she gives you long journaling exercises that are often 20 questions long per module, and very repetitive. What made me the angriest after paying damn near $3000 is that she recorded each weekly module on a weekly schedule, recording them during the same time as her first launch. This meant that each section she barreled through, not giving attention to detail because she only had a week to deliver it. She rambled on in many videos, often recorded in one take, and just went through her PowerPoints knowing she had to reach a deadline. Her meditations are not professional, she stumbles on her words a few times and does not re-record. It is just amateur as hell, and her lack of effort to polish her material for the price she is charging is disrespectful to her customers and even her own personal brand. She puts most of her energy, resources, finances, and attention into marketing so that it looks good on the outside. I would value her MBA course at around $500-$1000. Anything else is her just upcharging because of her branding. Another thing is that in the earlier days when she built her good reputation, she was more authentic and genuine. I believe she began with good intentions, but then had a taste of financial success and veered off course from good ethics. Stick to her free and low-cost content – she puts more effort into that value to win over your trust and to convert you into a cult fangirl of hers, and you won’t lose thousands on her scam. She also may be plagiarizing. I signed up for MindValley (which is way cheaper at $300-$500 a year for tons of courses by accredited teachers with actual decent reputations) and realized… that she had copied a lot of her teachings from there! One thing that stood out was her phrase ‘become unf-ckwithable’ which Vishen Lakiani, the creator of MindValley, claimed he had created. I also noticed that many of her teachings and exercises mimicked those on MindValley. In summary - AVOID!

I took Rich Babe Academy (a retired program) in 2020 and then the new Manifestation Babe Academy in 2021. I spent 2 years going through MBA and using Kathrin's methods to the best of my ability to change my life (along with other tangible actions), only to end up more stuck and frustrated than I was before. While Kathrin puts a lot of information and effort into her programs, so much of it is fluff and actually dilutes the valuable stuff. For example MBA has 14 modules and I would argue that only 1 is actually helpful and essential to manifestation. She makes the whole process so much more complicated than it really is, partially I think because she believes manifestation requires grueling inner work, but also to pad out the program so she can charge more for it. When I stopped using Kathrin's method and looked for other teachers I realized that MBA actually did more harm than good for me personally, because it is so heavily focused on finding limiting beliefs for literally months and no amount of journaling, meditation, or hypnosis cleared them for me. Like Kathrin says, what you focus on expands so spending so much time looking for blocks only created more and MBA did not give me any way to release or heal them that worked for me. While some students had good results, I’ve talked to many others who also felt like they came out of MBA worse off than before. I also took Melt Your Money Blocks this year and again I was left disappointed, RRT did nothing to clear any limiting beliefs for me and I used the hypnosis she gives many times. MBA has made Kathrin millions of dollars not because she discovered the secret of manifestation, but because she makes huge promises that take advantage of people’s desire for a better life.

I recently enrolled in the Manifestation Babe course with high hopes and expectations. However, my experience with the course left me feeling quite disappointed and disoriented. The marketing surrounding the course seemed enticing, but it turned out to be quite different from what was promised. Most people don’t get the magical results promised. It’s more of a mindset course. One of the major issues I encountered was the inconsistency in the course instructor . The instructor often seemed to be all over the place, frequently forgetting her point when talking and going off on tangents. This made it difficult to follow along and grasp the intended message. Additionally, despite claiming to be on a sabbatical, she was still active on social media and working, which contradicted her initial statement and confused her students. Another letdown was the unfulfilled promises. The course advertised several master classes on vision boarding and abundance, which I was eagerly looking forward to. However, these classes never materialized, leaving me feeling cheated and unsatisfied. Similarly, the instructor's husband promised a course on making money work for you, but it was never completed, leaving a sense of unfulfilled expectations. Furthermore, there is a sense of inconsistency in the instructor's actions. She claimed to be burnt out from traveling and used it as a reason for needing to take a sabbatical but now she’s in Mallorca traveling. So I don’t get it? It could be she recently became a mom and is having a hard time adjusting. Which is fine but that’s not being communicated and it is affecting the course experience and how she is showing up for her students. I do get the feeling that she is so over being manifestation babe and just wants to do something new.

i have been following Kathrin since 2017 and have taken pretty much all of her programs and this is my honest experience. She is by far the most authentic and generous coach I have ever come across. She offers TONS of free content with so much value and once you invest in one of her programs, you even get lifetime access including updates. I have done a number of similar programs but nothing has compared to the value that you get in her programs, it's DEEP and transformative. My life isn't the same anymore since I have taken MBA. She truly goes above and beyond and she is truly LIVING everything she preaches. I could not recommend her more. Also her customer service team is excellent - incredibly friendly and always been quick to reply!
