I've debated writing this review for a couple of years. (The podcast Kathrin posted talking about needing to let go of her personal chef is really what broke the entire facade for me… Kathrin ONLY got wealthy by making promises to others on building wealth. This is an MLM where you are at the bottom just giving her money to become wealthy by her telling you how she got wealthy… by you helping her do it.) I've taken numerous of Kathrin's courses over the years. Initially I felt they were helpful (I was optimistic and totally bought into ‘manifestation’..alas!), but I realize now it was just encouraging me to change my mindset and take action in life. The way she markets is that you’ll get something profound that you can’t find reading a book or listening to a free youtuber on getting your shit together. The ‘manifestation’ is through ACTION. Take ACTION on your goals and you’ll build your career, improve your health, grow your business, find love, etc. But this is for the young impressionable women that are struggling financially (that Manifestation Babe and other ‘manifestation coaches’ appeal to): YOU DO NOT NEED TO BUY ANY OF THESE COURSES. In fact, DO NOT BUY THESE COURSES IF YOU DON'T HAVE 3 mos of expenses saved and have started an investment account (this is actually what will set you up for financial success, not ‘manifesting it’). (I know this may fall on deaf ears bc I once believed it all too..) You will make more money putting the money you would spend on ANY of these courses in an index fund, investing in a licensed counselor to work on your mental health, investing in your business (so long as it's not about manifesting), paying off debts, or even a high yield savings account. Skip the courses, make a list about goals, make a list of steps needed to get there. Go. I’d be richer if I hadn’t wasted thousands of dollars on these courses. (Again, yes, I’ll note they encouraged a change in my mindset. Which HAS helped me run a successful business and build financial stability. BUT there was NOTHING the courses gave me that was worth the money I didn’t easily get from free content readily available online. But, damn, she’s good at marketing!) Although, I frame it as a ‘learning opportunity’. Because it was. I took them all, did all the homework, all the things. The ‘secret’ in any of these courses and success is ACTION. You just need to make a plan and take steps every day to get there. Listen to free youtube content about building a business, habit building, building relationships, improving your health, etc. PLEASE learn from my experience and save your money.

I am following Kathrin for quite some time now on Instagram – far before she even had the ayahuasca experience. I absolutely love all her content and I have always found her extremely inspiring. For that reason I told my followers, my friends and my family about her because I think everyone should know what she is teaching. So when I found out only 2 weeks ago there was a Manifestation Babe facebook group (67.000 users) I was over the moon and didn't know how fast to sign up for the group. They ask a question if self promotion is allowed. I am not a coach or involved in any service based business and the rules of the group said NO promotions allowed. So like I always do I gave an answer like 'no and I am also not interested in promoting myself in the group'. So I was waiting with my phone for the approval but didn't get anything. Well, maybe they are super busy because I know their Instagram is blowing up lately. I waited for a few days and when I checked again it did not say my request was pending. I was very surprised and thought 'maybe something went wrong' or 'maybe I did not click the button right'. So I signed up again and waited again. Again after a few days my invitation was not accepted and I was super confused. I requested access for the third time and when I checked this a few hours later I was not able to find the group anymore. It says something like this group is not shared with you. So my first response was am I banned from this group without even getting access to it? Why are 67.000 users allowed in this group and am I the only one not being accepted? I reached out to Kathrin on Instagram and she gave me the email of her support team. I contacted the support team what was going on, although I felt extremely rejected and attacked in any kind of way I sent a polite email. They sent me an email back that they banned me because I gave three times the wrong answer (I am 100% confident I answered 3 times no promotion is allowed and I am not interested in promoting) and they assumed that I am a rude person. They made it clear they had no interest in solving this situation and they ignored any further – polite – response (even with sending printscreens of the group rules saying promotion is not allowed). The moment I saw the email it felt like a punch in the face. I literally had to cry because they told me I gave the wrong answers – which is not true – and stated that I am a rude person. I felt extremely personal attacked. I never had contact with anybody of the team before. I feel extremely humiliated and I feel like an absolute joke cheering this community up by my followers, friends and family – while they clearly feel only hate towards me without even knowing me. Ironically I bought the new program few days before this happened and the way they treated me makes me feel so sick that I feel a lot of resentment to watch the videos, because it makes me feel so upset. I thought I found this safe, loving and uplifting community, but I did not felt bullied like this since high school ten years ago. And now I got banned for life from their Facebook group without even getting access in the first place as a paying client and any contact is getting ignored. I don't know if this is just one person in the team or if this is something they are doing to a lot of women – but I hope they understand there is an actual human being at the other side of the internet. In my case an extremely enthusiastic cheering human being who couldn't wait to join the facebook group – but who got treated like an absolute criminal and got banned out of nothing making absolute false statements.
