From my very first inquiry, Joshua took the time and patience to answer all my questions and concerns. Once the process began through the time that my book was published Joshua and his team was there guiding me with with the utmost professionalism . All my ideas, questions suggestions and concerns were addressed consistently in a timely manner. They brought my story to life .

It has been and currently is a pleasure working with Joshua my rep… very efficient and effective. I get exactly what we discussed in an expeditious manner… the only complaint is there are not more companies in the world as great as them.🤣🤣.. but if you are looking for an elite publishing company… please avoid looking anyplace else….🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Mike and the illustration team did an excellent work on my first poetry book for children. Children Love Nature - Part I. Poems of Animals. They are continue doing illustration for my second book: Children Love Nature - Part II: Poems of Weather, Natural Disaster, and Natural Scenes. They did listen and spent their time to edit and fix the illustrations as I asked for. I am waiting for a copyright certificate that I signed the contract with Joshua.

"You Little Bunny" began as a song I wrote about a small boy and his stuffed bunny. Manhattan Publishing House and Joshua, gave me the courage to take a step in faith to move forward with the project. The team was very responsive to the mood of the song and created illustrations that make the reader want to me in the story and noy just read it once and then put it away. I can't wait to begin my next book journey...

Everything looks good

I didn’t know what to expect when Manhattan Publishing House approached me. However,I knew this company was different.Instead of telling me about their specials on publishing they knew I had a problem. Their representative Zayn Aly told me why my book was not selling and he had a plan to rectify the problem.It was the first time that someone tried to help me instead of trying to sell me something. Everything about this company has impressed me. Their staff are true professionals. Their senior management are leaders in the industry. That is why dozens of leading authors use their service repeatedly. I have no hesitation in highly recommending their service. Peter O’Rourke

So far, not done yet but; quite pleased. I am probably picky, I give feedback, they make the change and do a great job!! Joshua is my go to and I’m very glad…. I make changes but it’s their illustrations that I give input on… good work! Looking so forward to completion!!

I am writing this review as a family member of a client who worked directly with Manhattan Publishing House. This review reflects my personal observations and my family member’s experience. I was considering working with this company, but have since changed my mind. At first glance, their website appears professional and legitimate. However, based on my family’s experience and my own reviews of their website, there are several concerns that I believe others should be aware of. My family member engaged with this company and paid for their services with the understanding that they would receive professional editorial support. The work delivered did not appear to reflect the level of individualized, human editorial feedback that I would expect as a paid service. Instead, what I reviewed and read appeared generic and templated in nature, which raised concerns about the nature and quality of what was provided. My family member also attempted to meet in person with individuals he was told he would be working with - Ethan and Joshua- in New York City on two separate occasions once around Christmastime 2025 and again on April 7, 2026. On both occasions, the meetings did not occur and last-minute explanations were provided. The company lists a Manhattan address on its website. So I personally went to this address in New York City on April 7 after my family member’s meeting was canceled. There was no identifiable office or active business presence at that location. While at that location, I called the number on their website, I spoke by phone with what I was told were representatives of the company. Based on that interaction, I felt the responses were not collaborative and that there was reluctance to provide clear information when I explained that we were physically present at the listed address while on the phone with them. The conversation left me with further concerns. A refund was formally requested on April 7 on the above phone call. Since then several emails have been sent asking again for money back. As of April 24, no refund has been received. I also see that the company has a large number of highly positive online reviews. While I cannot verify their authenticity, they do not reflect my family member’s experience, which raises additional serious concerns. Based on what I encountered and witnessed my family member encounter, I strongly encourage anyone considering working with this company to proceed with caution, verify all details independently, and ensure clear expectations before making any financial commitment. I have chosen not to. If this matter is resolved and a refund is received, I will update this review accordingly. As of writing this on April 24, 2026, despite multiple requests, no refund has been received in my family member’s bank account. Update as of June 22, 2026: I am posting this update to reflect the current status of the matter. A refund was requested on April 7, 2026. As of today, the refund has still not been received. Since that time, my family member has made multiple attempts to contact the company by both email and telephone regarding the status of the refund request. As of today, those efforts have not resulted in a resolution, and repeated ongoing attempts to obtain information regarding the refund have not received a response. N I have also learned that a separate review submitted by my family member regarding his own experience is no longer visible on Trustpilot. I do not know the reason for its removal and therefore cannot comment on why it is no longer posted. I am providing this update solely to reflect the current status of the matter. If the refund is received or the situation is otherwise resolved, I will update my review accordingly. I strongly suggest doing your research on this company.
