I spoke with Dave about getting an estimate of the equipment etc. I would need to partially power my home during an outage. He sent a form I needed to complete/ I returned the form with necessary information and am awaiting feedback.

The support team and especially Vevina and David are professional, respectful and stay with you till the problem is solved. Both David and Vevina followed up on all their commitments and made sure that the customer was comfortable with the outcome. I could not ask for anything more.

Vavina was extremely helpful and responsive and answered all my questions. She talked me through the troubleshooting process and facilitated a replacement.

We recently had an issue with out Mango E power unit. The unit was replaced at no cost to us, and the customer service was excellent. I would suggest to anyone the Mango E power unit as an alternative to a generator. We are a small construction company, and use this unit while performing maintenance inside various facilities where power availability is scarce and the use of an internal combustion engine is not allowed.
